Charged strike in pvp????

Hey im not sure if im doing this in right area cuz this is my first day...
But im wondering if i make a charged strike/lightening fury zon
How do u apply the charged strike in pvp? i mean the only way i can see is running up to them and whacking them.... please give me explanation from whoever makes these kinda zons best plz asap... ty

I suggest you don't make one for PvP, seeing as how there are so many of them out for just that. If you are going to make one though, max out all the synergies, get a point in Decoy/Avoid/Pierce, and go PvM. They do very well.

Also get a staff/wand with Lower Resist charges. I can rape hell baal SO fast when it's on him.
