Cant reply to threads

For sum reason i cant reply to threads nemore ther eused to be a box at the bottom where i can jsut type in but sicne the new thing i cant find it, neone up to help me? i know i sound newbish i just need sum help with this new forum thing cuz i cant find the reply button!!!
