C++ Question: About Networking/Winsock

Does anyone know how to enumerate network computer names/hostnames/ips [of computers on your LAN]?

I'm trying to get the hostname or ip as a string [or something that can be used to make a connection]


I can't seem to find anything MSDN about it... and the people I know who know some C++ don't know how to do this either...
