Any good? :S I'm thinking about getting it for AOE farm, but my friend says it isn't any good.

The mage talent which slows attackers by 65%? Not worth it, imo. You'll never need blizzard to farm (Cone of cold/Arcane explosion are better) any mobs, including ZG crocs.

I put 1 point in it for the chill affect for frostbite.

Depends on what you're going to do.

If you're going to just sit there and AoE frost grind till 60 (which I don't recommend, it's very slow) then put 3 in that and none in Frostbite and get as much +frost dmg gear you can.

If you're going to frostbolt everything to death (the faster way) then max Frostbite and skip it. Theres much better talents out there.

If you're going to use AE and CoC, then get as much +stam gear as you can, cause you'll get owned pretty good. AE grinding isn't the smartest thing to do. AE farming SFK however, is. <3 having 3 BoE Rares drop in the past week farming that place with Arc Explosion with around +100dmg.
