Yep, keep signing in and keep going to User CP, User Options, and enable cookies.

yah i cant find the place to do the cookies call me a nub w/e lol but i still have to constantly sign in :/

Log out fully from BF, then:

IE: Tools > Options > Delete Cookies
Firefox: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear

Then log into BF again. You should stay logged in.*

You really ought to check on your cookies. They are delicious. why would you want to DISable COOKIES!?
