how many times has this happend? more than once? if so contact blizzard....it might mean ur banned i dunno? do u hack?

this is the first time and no i dun hack. u see my stupid bro messed up my cd a couple of days ago so my friend burned me a copy of his d2x. He also gavev me a file to play it using a burned cd. but when i click on bnet that error message comes up

One of the many times i have called blizzard i have heard something about that error message on their automated support service, i suggest call them, the number is: 1-949-955-1382 the call is free apart from your regular long distance calls. *duh *

yeah if you call blizzard and use the prompts that should fix it. theres even a prompt for that same problem so you shouldent have any trouble.

ask your friend if HIS cd is still working; maybe it's the cd and not your computer

does it have anything to do with the new patch tho? My friend said the patch might have gotten rid of that.
