User CP > Edit Avatar > Find a picture you like > If it meets requirements, upload it

Requirements are 128 x 128 pixels maximum and 30 KB filesize. Animated or no animation, suggested gif or jpg. If you wish for someone to make an avy for you, ask in the GFX section. Do not steal other people's avatars!
