Another Stupid noob question

Ok Another one of those stupid questions...

I'm making a capture the flag and, I don't know how to make it so when you take the flag and bring it back to the base, You win. I have the regions of both bases i have a flag and nothing else is really missing. Now i just need help on the trigger

first do new event(unit enters region),than new action(game>victory)

If the flag is an inventory item. Check to see if the hero inside the region has the flag in inventory. If he does, end the game.

That would probably be the best way to do it. But make sure the flag returns when an ally player picks it up.
