Account Disabled? O.O

I just tried getting into a game, it told me my steam ticket expired, so I entered my pass and cs froze. Did it 5 more times....froze all times, so I logged out of my steam account, tried to log in and I get "steam account has been disabled"

What does this mean....and what did I do? :usad
