Assumming these items would work:

-Computer
-A Hot Girl
-Gun with a gazillion bullets.

heh... two of those things you don't need... a hot girl? You have a computer... you can order a hot girl if you want, what's the gun with a gazillion bullets for? there are only two of you on the island, you and the hot girl, at most I figure you'd need a round to off yourselves because you were sick of playing on your computer all day.

The three things I would want are:

1. The hottest girl I can think of and that she'd have unconditional love/affection for me
(because just having a hot girl there is just setting myself up for rejection... no point in being miserable on the island while I'm there I mean think about it.... "so, wanna have sex?" ... "no"... "how 'bout now?" ...."no".... , there has to be stipulations)
2. Bed with pillow - if I'm going to be stuck on an island I want to be comfortable while sleeping, not to mention the hot girl and I need a place to do it on, besides the shorline of course...
3. a neverending supply of condoms, because I'm not sure I'm ready for commitment.

Depending on the varying conditions of the "island" per say....
I mean "if" this island contained an "oasis" of freshwater, then I wouldn't need water.
And if this island was not deserted and in fact inhabited... I think I would be close enough to civlization to worry much.
but assuming this was an undiscovered isalnd, lets say "CAst Away" style

I would take
-An abundant freshwater supply
-Lots of a food.
-Some form of communication, maybe perhaps flares, (or) means of travel, ie boat....
