Personally, I use canals often when I play Z. Quick and easy transport for Z ground to defend an outpost or to launch a surprise attack.

Even though alot of people may not upgrade Terran infantry, they still need E Bay to build Turrets. :-/

Don't think robotics support bay is least used at all. Whether for reavers or the shuttle up. Arbiter tribunal isn't, either. Nor is the ultralisk cavern.

I'm gonna wit' everyone else on this and say:

Yes, I might be wrong on the P buildings. I havn't played them or played against them for a while.

Anyway, of 80-85% of games I play against zerg they havn't built an ultralisk cavern. Well, seeing as most solo games I play don't last long enough to even try to tech to them.

i was refering to the things that comes with the building. sure you make them for turrets but do you ever really USE them to tech up... forgot the nuke hehe

Observatories and reavers/shuttles used all the time in pvt. You tech to observers to see mines and watch opponent base, and use reaver drop early in game to own opponent with micro.

I'd go with:

P: Shield Battery
T: You can't really say because nuke silo ain't a building, its an add-on, but I'm being picky here
Z: Nydus Canal

yeah... we mostly use every builing for something to upgrade and whatever, but i still say Ebay since barly anyone tech up marines attack and armor

dual e-bay upgrades are very common in TvZ

Protoss - Shield Battery (Unless you're feyg like Tronga ). I use Arbiters all the time, you can't say that it's least used. Same with Robotics Facility.

Terran - All of their buildings are useful, if i had to choose, i'd say Bunker, but if i could pick an addon, it'd be the Nuke Silo.

Zerg - Nydus Canal.

i use silos all the time-
on starcraft i found out how to make more then 1 dot appear when you send down a single nuke from a single ghost.
forgot how but it had something to do with 1 nuke, about 4 ghosts, holding a button and telling them all to use Launch Nuke or something ike that...
