Well a 6-pool zergling rush is the fastest rush but it can easilly be stopped on maps like LT. The zealot rush is pretty good, but it usually wont work if the enemy knows what he is doing and scouts it.

My advice: dont rush, it sacrafices economy and usually fails.

i think.......

zealots can be a pain in the rump when they rush you at the beginning of of the game, then again all units can... i think marines because they can have stimpacks and have long range and can attack ground and air units...

just my opinion

good day

lol

If your ennemy has air before you rush them id say you ****ed up your rush real bad....I dont hink its with what race you rush, its how...Iv seen really good players micro perfecly that first scout that gets into your base in such a way, that it distracts you,and you HAVE to use some of tyour time to stop him, when his rush comes, you are not as ready as you should...a rush is not made to kill your ennemy, its to distract/scare/slow down...thats my opinion. Ijust started playing ladder-style maps, and i learned that the key to these game is the very small advantages you can get...better mineral mining...a bit more units. a bit faster in tech, scouting, and the ennemy losses/your losses relation in each battle. Now i know that before i make a move, im sure it will make him lose more money/units than me.Well ill shup up, cause im probably just a newb next to you guys lol.

Zerg will always be the fastest rush. 2 lings come out of one egg. They annihilate marines, but are easily countered by firebats. Lings are the best rush early in game. Zealot rush hurts the most, but cost alot.

U wont get bats before a 6-pool rush arrives, u will have to block the ramp with SCVs.

If there is no ramp i would try to get a bunker asap, but if that fails try to attack them with ur SCVs.

Yea. Some ppl i play dont use their peons to attack the rush! They just keep mining like nothing is happening!

I just played a 2v2 BB one lagged out. My ally got rushed with like 8 lings. He was protoss, he didnt have any units cept probes! I had 2 barracks. 5 supp depts an academy and bunker.
I ended up killing the zerg enemy once my ally lagged out, all in all, my ally sucked!

Yes I will agree with you. I like the ling rush very much so. A good player can take out a base using only lins. I have seen it done and I have dont it also.

Very bad choice on my part but I was in a nr 15 and made a MASS swarm of ling and took out this guy who was bringing in buildings he was pissed because he had nothign but scvs to stop me. When ever he brought in a marine he would die. I thin that I had about 7 full swarms in his base at any given time it was funny to watch. And it was funny to see what he was typing. Man only if replays saved what was typed, this would be a classic.

Lurker rushes are very effective. Defending from a 1-hatch lurker rush requires a lot of micro. If i start at 12 on LT (where i cant fast exp) and the opponent is terran i usually do a lurker rush + lings.

Lurker rushes are effective, but by time you tech to Lurkers they'll have Tanks and lots of M&M, facing Zerg they would have Lurkers of their own, and aginst toss they would most likely have Reavers.
