PlayStation 2 Mod Chips.

I had a PSX Mod Chip and I bought it and soldered it by myself, which was really hard, but I've heard that PS2 chips that you can just snap in, but it needs a CD or something that you have to put in everytime you want to play a burnt game. If this is true then I'll just get the chip that you solder.

Also I do have the program allows me to burn PS2 and PSX games, but I need to know if they have a program to burn GC games. Any information would be useful.

I heard that the game cube games run in the opposite direction of a normal cd's and that you need to fiddle with ur burner and get mini discs for GC.

PSX i have the mod chip, i don't have one for PS2 but i heard about the ones you have to plug in your USB port. I never heard of having to put a "boot disc" in. For my Dreamcast you needed a boot disc but that is a different story...
