it seems you are new to make websites. go search tutorials about making a website
downloads are like links.

Yep, use the &lt;a href="filename"&gt;HyperText&lt;/a&gt; tag, making sure you specify the extension. <a href="somewhere.pdf">Opens a void PDF document</a>

if u used font page or some shit like word that is why it gave u the &lt; things, replace them with <>. yeah like x42bn6 showew..
