Well this is because of a medical syndom i call MT-GAFF.... or Men think girls are for ****ing. This has infected about everyman in the world right now, and it can lead to porn, and masterbation if supplied with the photo of the right person.

MT-GAFF also can lead to thinking of male dominance and the illusion that only men are "good" enough to play games and post on gaming forums.

err... thats not the kind of advice i was giving.

Rac another way to get your abs is to actually do 200 sit ups a day, go to the gym and take carbs out of your diet. Also, cary a list of things you cant eat with you when you go shopping for food

I don't shop. I do 150 sits ups 5 times a week and I run and bike regularly. I can see them when I flex, but they won't 'develope'.
