D2 fail to join game????

i was playing with my druid after a few min of play the game stoped and after that the game didnt save my char so i was the same lvl as i first started. then i couldnt join any games it said fail to join PLZ HELP ME OUT

yes especially if it's on open, because open is so much less stable than closed...

I have a Q what is closed b-net ive been wondering for a while and no one will tell me its not like ive played on closed or anything

closed is when all of the chars are saved on blizzard servers. if you click on the 'battle.net' button on the first screen, that takes you to closed bnet. if you click 'other multiplayer', and then 'open battle.net', then it quite obviously will take you to open bnet. on open bnet it's just your regular singleplayer chars. it's more hacked than closed (although closed is getting littered with hacks and dupes...).
