Can't open Starcraft Xtra Editor

Hey when i downloaded Starcraft Xtra Editor i tried to open it and it wouldnt open

someone explain to me why this is.....?

it came up with this icon type screen where i have to choose a directory file i think

hmmmmmm i dont think that happend to me, but is it the screen wihth diff icons sorta in a elliptical pattern? like Classic SP-10 (or w/e) special, and that poot? if so just choose where you want to go, if not, im stumped :-\

That happened to me to, until my friend reminded me that i need winRAR...lol im so dumb.. but ya as long as u have some type of Win program it will automaticcaly open in the just do a search for winRAR

hahaha no problem...i felt dumb when i realised i didnt have any type of Win program...and i tried to dl it...but now i need some help.. can anyone give me a quick link to a download for the Java Runtime file required for GUEdit?

lol... you dont need winRAR

here are the steps if u dont have WINRAR:

1.) goto http://www.stormcoast-fortress.net/index.php?file=gaming/starcraft/programs/scxe/download.php

2.) click on the FIRST LINK

3.) DOUBLE CLICK on the download button, if you single click it comes up as .rar, if you double click it comes up .zip! bet ya didnt know! :O

I need help

I NEED HELP!!! i didnt kno i needed WinRAR so i clicked open it with StarEdit now i cant change back....I tried changing it at the properties but there is no WinRAR.
