Battle net

Just got my cds back and loaded everything up, downloaded the update and all that, but when i go to play it just sits there saying accessing account and nothing happens. Just wondering what the problem is and how I can get it fixed or something.

okay got pased that now when i try to create a new account it says loading user agreement, and dosnt do anything else it just sits there
