A new d3 char

i think there should be a dwarf or elf
the dwarf should have the similar skill lvls like the barb
and the elf should use stealth skills like invisibility or faster run speed (passive)

Three things: One, elves and dwarfs are races not classes. Two, there are already skills that make characters move faster. And three, what fun would there be in making a class that is very simmaler to another one? The change should be that you can choose a class and a rase, like EQ and AD&D.

D2's simplicity seems to make it attractive to most people. If classes AND races are brought into it, it may get too tedious for those who just want a pre-defined character w/o having to select the properties themselves.

ya, know that I think of it, there haven't been ne implications that there are ne other races, besides angels, humans, and monsters. It wuld warp the series, and they would have to come up with even more background, and warp more stories, and ohhhhhhhh...........**thinks: now my head hurts!**

i wa5 wonDering.... if blizzard can come up with demonic chars like liches , vampire lords....in warcraft3 y dun they make some of these in the upcommin d3 ?
- eg. Vamp|re hunter... skills +0.5%mana / health leach per skill point , Demonic rage : increased attack speed and damage fer a certain amt of time ....

Well whatever you people are talking about i think there should be a vampire or/and and a wizard and the vampire has like life draining skills and other and the wizard has spells BUT NOT LIKE A SORCERESS

If you want Race/Classes, move to a MMORPG, there are enough coming out. A company that doesn't get monthy pay will not make character to indepth and customizable.

I dont think there should be a vampire..sure it will be fun but vampires are evil the main purpose of diablo is to kill diablo and evil. dwarfs and elfs is going to just make diablo like LOTR and D&D.. not trying to bring down ur ideas or anything just diablo needs to be Original.

i think that they should stick with some of the chars from d2 but improve the flaws of them that we all hate... and vampires would be fun but why would a dead evil thing wana kill the devil duhhhh... maybe they should have like preist like a holy char... and clerics... or what i think would be really cewl is if you could be good or evil like be a surtent type of demon that u cant fight in just the game and like if your good if you get to lvl 99 it asks you if you want to start as a lvl 1 angel and thats the only way to get a angel...

seks, baldurs gates.... IWDs.... dont have to pay and can customize all 6 of ur chars unbelievably in depth. just choosing between elf, dwarf or human before picking a class is hardly customization to anyone you has ever played a decent RPG before....... it would make appearance more varied, realistic and just plain cool, not to mention passive racial bonuses

I think that there should be something like a mix between a swordsman/magician. the three catagories for skills could be kinda like a druid with say magic/elemental; then melee techniques; then some enhancers like warcries sort of. an example could be inner peace to rasie attack power and defense by reaching complete calmness. Sort of like rand in a book series called te wheel of time.
