Memorizing isn't much...Anyone who has no skill that plays enough can memorize all the hotkeys. Not trying to put a downer, I'm just saying.

42. You can use Leshrac and 5v1 a whole team without dying endgame (lvl 20+).
43. You can dominate a 1v1 game with Chen when you're facing any agil or str hero.

I don't use hotkeys, except with Invoker's regiments.
44. You can go 5v5 with Mortred and turn out good. (seeing as how she's one of the hardest to play)

Meh, I find it hard to memorize all the hotkeys for 70 different heroes.
