Wut does it mean when it says " cdkey disabled"?

well recently when i was trying to play ladder games, it says "cd key disabled" does that mean im banned or suspended.

It means you can no longer use that cd-key for ladder play, You should have learned the last time.. now you need a new key for sure.

Buddy, i only used it once twice-_-" and everytime i use it, rite after the game, i get caught. Im so unlucky. also when i use the hack, i only use it for creeping, i dont use it to atck the enemy. so i lose even when i hack.
