it's a bar on how close you are to the next rank, based on the points you got from the previous week.

I don't know jack shit about rank or honor. How do you get it? And how soon can you start working at getting it?

Kill people around your level and you get honor. You can start as soon as you can find people to kill.

it's also based on how much you play. if you play 10 hours in a week and get 5000 honor, your bar is going to go up far more than if somebody played 50 hours that wek and got the same 5000 honor.
