Windowed mode

I can't imagine the game without it. Being able to chat on MSN/AIM, manage Ventrilo, play Peggle Deluxe (The proper version), surf the net, look up strats in a pinch and not have to wait 5-10 seconds to alt-tab back into the game when shitty programs like AIM force tab you out.

So, windowed or full-screen? What's your game?

Blizzard-designed mac games always switch between windowed and full screen quickly with a simple command, so I just switch as needed

I can't stand playing in window mode. I don't know why.

Windowed. Its especialy good at windows 7. Fits perfect with the new taskbar.

Honestly I would not go with anything other than windowed mode.

Between how much I tab out to change songs and chat with people it is not worth it at all to run it any other way.

Also, I do not really notice a performance difference between the two.

I turn off the WoW sounds so I can listen to music.. I love window mode since I don't need to ALT tab and lag my screen. I can still also chat with my GF pretending im just busy and not playing WoW.. She hates WoW coz Im always on it and never have time for anything else.. lol

WoW is the ONLY game i play in windowed mode, i just find it way easier, because im always doing things in the background, (msn, music, movies) it just makes things easier, and because i have a big screen its alright.

i changed it back to full screen once, it was too weird lol, i couldnt handle it haha

My computer sucks too much with only WoW running anyway...But i guess for the people with better PCs its more useful.

I have fast computer, but I prefer playing in full screen. Two years ago I was playing L2 on windowed mode and it.. sucks.

1st windowed mode SUX soo hard, it takes you out the pleasure of playing a game...i mean you chat or you play...you cant do both...its like eating and shitting at same time...anyway, its my opinion, BUT wow without occasionally alt+tabs isnt wow )
