Why did I get an IP ban on my laptop? I didnt do anything- I didnt even log on for like 5 hours and back then i didnt do anything wrong...

Check with an admin, perhaps one of your IPs has been blocked and you share an IP with a spammer/flamer/******er/etc.

Yes, it was either from a ranged IP that was blocked (they do that often =\) or someone really doesn't like you (TheSummit)
