Well, in the mission before the last one in BroodWar Zerg, finish the protoss base in less than 20 minutes (with or without cheats, I already managed to do it without cheats), and watch the little story after destroying the protoss base, you'll see a text saying something like "SECRET LEVEL ENABLED".
