Odd, my best finds right now would probably be....Set Ring (dont remember name) but its mods are:

25 MF
7% Experience
-13% Vendor Recuce

All at level 10.

Second would probably a 21% Lightnign Resist with Vita and Ene (and +2 lightning skills) unique ring.
