Can someone tell me wtf is with this? whats so bad or whats so wrong about searching more then 1 times in under 15 seconds?
i think the latter was to keep from dble posting or spam or whatever... but stillg ive me some feedback.

Searches use alot of memory / processing power. If there at searches going on every 1-2 seconds and multiple people are doing it, all the servers resources will be used and thus lagging the server.

The posting is for double posters and spammers. An interval is good to stop spammers so they dont go on a spree in and get like 20 posts in, in 20 seconds.

That sound simple enough, think of the server as a candy store. People can access the resources, but you cannot have too many people accessing them. Thus, generating a line-up. IF the feature didn't exist, then Pamma would be asking for a jawbreaker every second from the clerk :tnt and we wouldn't be able to get our candy.

Actually, that's not a bad explanation.....
