What happened to the quick box?

OK, we used to be able to post using the quick box. Now it looks like teh option for teh Quick Box is gone and we gotta wait for an extra page to load when using the "Post Reply" button. Why did the mods do this?
Geesh, I go away for 2 days and you guys are already making hell outta it.

it was like 2-3 hours i think... happened when avalon tried to install a password hack for forums. but the hack was faulty so he restored everything.
