Well, look at Kael and Vashj. You have the option of destroying thier bases, but it would be wise to do it anyway. So that you can use all your attackable units to fight Illidan's squad. But its hard to say if Illidan is really "dead". Cause if Kael and Vashj survived, they can drag his ass back and recover him (but who knows). However, I find it dumb he fell for an obvious attack.

Actually, I find Blizzard's endings to be predictably "unhappy". So there goes the unpredictable theory.

I re-did the mission last night. I wiped out Kaels peons and Castle first with my 3 armys:

Arthas+abomos(6)+necro(2)+crypt(2)+destroyer
and then
Anubarak+crypt(11)
and then
meatwagon(5)+statue(4)

I took out 2 portals and kaels base without losing a unit.

Well Illidan never really died if you saw.. he just layed there in the snow with a cut on his chest.. and yeah.. I bet he will make a come back.. and Arthas did not finish him off lol

He he was going to fly he shoulda went higher... then use the flare thing from distance,+evasion+immolation and GG Arthas.

Yeah, but an upward slice to the chest is pretty survivable for demon skin.

How do you know he had demon skin? Technically he wasn't a demon.

He is night elf who consumed the powers of Gul'dan, the consequences changed his appearance. His skin got a little paler and he grew wings, hooves and horns. Plus, his powers somewhat increased.

Wait, how could he have consumed the powers of Gul'Dan? Gul'Dan didn't seem to suffer any negative consequences from it.

He drank from that skull thing right? Or was it that tanted foutain? Not sure.. I have not playing that on in a long time lol I should reply the first game again just for fun.

But.. Illidan is just bad ass lol I like his new form with the wings.
