I hate blood effects done terrible, much like your's, and this is in the wrong forum, also the sig is way too ****ing big, 121 kb....the limit is 30.

Besides your sig is a forum violation, not only does it go around the swear filter, it's way too large, 75kb, the limit is 30kb. So change it.

Where's the option that says 'It's terrible, you suck'

Thats a good sig, though If u threw something together in MSpaint, it would prolly like it. Fancy signatures never appealed to me.

there is a graphix section also, so its best posted there, where all the photoshop nerds who live in thier parents basement and have no future in anything but making pictures for forums are.

Besides, I don't make the rules, I just enforce them, and unless you want a sig ban then you better change both your current sig and the new one, because they're both over the limit.
