D2JSP says "250+fg", I looked and that is the same price of a Jah/Ber. I would think it is worth way more than 1 HR, probably just because prices are still ****ed up for runes. It will be worth more as the season progresses. Either trade it for items or keep it because you won't get its real value in runes for awhile, as runes devalue by the day.
edit: apparently the + in "250+" means that it is worth way more than 250, and that is just an absolute minimum they'd sell for.

price checking something like that is pretty hard atm, its more of a "How much the economy claims its worth vs. how badly someone wants it"
alot of things are messed up, shako's are already down to 15-20fg, but hr's are still 200+
imo: gear wise that would be worth another item of damn good stats (ie 6bo cta++) or else a few HR's w/ the current price
i wouldnt trade it for Fg cause your probably gaurenteed ot be screwed in it.
think this way: When aldder is back to normal (ie HR's = 20fg, and items arent so rare) P maras is at LEAST 7hr's. imo you should see 10+ hr's IF someone wants it
