UI going to be modifiable? annd other Q

Like WoW had it's UI mods and other technical enhancements, any chance of this appearing in D3?I'm hoping you leave the enemy highlighting up for modification as well. I don't know if I like it or not but who cares as long as you can change it yep yep. We've talked about this before but we don't have any plans to support UI modification..
