Downloading anime isn't illegal, but then again it is.
If the anime is liscensed, then it's illegal. If it's not, then it's all holdsbar. I sugges going to the pirate bay for links on torrents and shit. It's where I get most of my stuff.

Subbers = People that add the subtitles to the anime that are in other languages
Dubbers = People that add the voices to the anime to make them into the said language.

Most (if not all) fandubs suckass. And most of the fansubs arn't right all the time.

Then again, Jap doesn't translate into english perfectly.
