do you know how rare those are? i bet 90% of the community of d2 will never find a Lilith, let alone a +6... there is a possibility of a getting a +1

I hope they patch that, or make it extremely hard to find. A charm like that is not made to be inm quanities of more then one in your inventory. :O

he found them so fast because he editted the treasure files of the patch so it drops as a lvl 1 req item, ie. from quill rats... he can edit them back to req. 75 again later...

Keys of Hate, Terror and Destruction

i've heard rumors that Izzy, Nithalank and Countess drop these items (not always but they're the only ones that do) and i'm trying to comfirm that right now (with a hacked single player char flying through games) anyone else hear about this or can confirm it?

Key of Destruction = Nihlithak
Key of Terror = Countess

How to get the Hellfire Charm

Get 3 keys (key of hatred, key of destruction, key of terror).
Open the portal in act 5 by cubing them.
Kill lilith.
She drops an item. (one of 3: Baals Eye, Meph Brain, Diablos Horn)
Repeat X 2 more times.

(hope that u get 3 diffrent items each time)

Cube the last 3 items for the charm. (or for a really hard fight for it)

we got the 3 keys, made the portal, and then we travled through to find izzy

damn dudes, is lilith immune to poison? and i bet her poison attacks HURT cuz a barb which sould have 75 res all cuz he is a barb had alot of hp down from psn. Who is playing west so u can play with me??????
