Why Make a WWA?
----------------------------
Because a WWA can be extremely devestating, if you know how to use it, and you have what it needs, they can be one of the best dualers, against any character, ever.
The Equipment
----------------------
The Hardest Part To Accomplish on about any character is the equipment, unless of course you already have all the stuff!

The Items go in most important order to least important, if you can't afford/find the first, or the second, you atleast need the third.
DO NOT USE SS!!
