Server Scam

i think i have been scamed i send the money for this server and i dont get my server they say the guys outta town and something but wen iam not home or sleeping the guys ims me ok like wtf he has my money for almost a week and all the other people say that they cant help me only that guy can some 1 help me i dont really want to go to the cops( BTW: it was a money order so i have a lil evidance on my side.....also iam not sure if this is a good place to put this at)

..... Very dumb on your part. Unless they have a www.insertnamehere.com site you never order off of em. It's just common knowledge. How much they scam you?

they did have a .com name and 1 of the servrs i go to is hosted by them so iam like wtf.
