Checking weight Daily is a silly concept, as it will consistently be in flux based on various biological systems. Usually weighings are best every week or so.
Didn't think of that. Good thought.

I have used different resistance bands for a while and really like them. You can so so many exercise with them and take them anywhere. This set is up to like 250 lbs. There is a similar set for 100b or so but it's about the same price. This set looks pretty solid.
