Running Multiple Instances

Is there a reliable, efficient way to run multiple instances of the game with v1.13? In the past I used D2 loader, but I don't think it's available for this patch. I am currently using a Windows XP Virtual Machine on Windows 7 but its horribly slow. It's unacceptably slow for rushing myself in hard core.

Just use d2nt. Its not only a bot it has loading feature too.

And virtual pc isn't great for graphic heavy games since it doesnt have directx support
