in sojs and any other equal item?

A rune on West/NL/SC is usually worth:


1 3/20/20 (3+ max/w 20 Ar and life small charm)
1 290 (290 Posion damage small charm)
2 Ists (Each Ist is 1/2 rune each I beleive)
Any other hugh rune (Vex/Zod/Ber/Jah/Ohm)

Any other items I'm not sure. The higher items are more then one High Rune, though.
