Just Some Rules
1. Replying to person's comment without rating the person above is considered spamming since the person above never got rated.
2. If two or more people rate the same person at the same time, the person who posts next will have to rate the person above them and the person who never got rated.
3. People who spam will not be rated, the next person who posts will rate the person above the spammer.
