OB starts tonight on Midnight??

the open beta is supposed to start on Nov. 8. So Does that mean tonight at midnight?? Or are they going to start accepting accounts later in the day??

No. They haven't said when. It will be tomorrow, but it will probably not be at midnight. Besides, that would be 12 PM Pacific. I say noon.
