"Perfect Dark" may not be downloadable because now Microsoft owns Rare.But who is to say.

It has been confirmed that there will be new "Animal Crossing" coming out for the Revolution.

gamestop has some confirmed games allready in there new revoulution section. btw, is there like a list with all the downloadables? link plz. also, how much will it cost to download a game? i hope its like really cheap. oh and the revolution, the best guess so far is $200 bec thats how much the gc was when it game out. and thats wats going around.

All Nintendo games have been confirmed to be downloadable. that is all games published by Nintendo. Eventualy other companies may jump on borard, maybe even Sega might release a few sonic games or such for nintendo. that would be beyond sweet.

I read a article written by IGN Revolutions Cheif Editor saying he heard in the latest (was it DICE?) tech convention, that a 3rd party went to Nintendo and offered to compile all of their arcade games to be put onto the Revolutions downloadable list, and the Rep for Nintendo said "Arcade games from outside developers?, we haven't thought about that yet!"

I think Perfect Dark is on the list, and I think it's one of the "expensive" N64 titles. I think the estimated price range is ("low-end" NES to "popular" N64) something like $3 to $20 US. I just wish I could remember where I read that article and saw screenshots of the Revolution's WFC download page =/ I know I remember seeing "rentals" and "rent-to-buy" options, however.

Actually, most third-parties who have made Nintendo games in the past have already stepped forward with an interest in the profit of redistributing past games. The Revolution, itself, and the brains behind it also have a very interesting idea. That idea is renting games, much as cell phones have downloadable games for monthly rentals, and a rent-to-buy concept (something like three straight rentals is equivelant to a purchase...I think =/ ).

This is huge in terms of revenue, and revenue drivers. It's true that there will be hackers out there who plan to make emulators and ROMs for the Revolution, but Nintendo's Seal of Quality is likely going to keep defending the market from such illegal usage. They've been very successful at suing to shut down emulation/ROM sites in the past, and they are hardcore about pressing the issue with such an advantageous system. This will, hopefully, keep legal purchases up and hackers to a minimum.

I think it'll still happen, of course but Nintendo's SoQ is the most respected quality control in the industry, at the moment.
