talking to act 4 cain with out having done the soulstone quest, or having a soulstone in your inventory, is a known bug that bnet is trying to fix. It crashes your game and gives you either a relm down notice or a 'player not found' error. Well thats what the guy from blizz told me 2 weeks ago...
