Referring to Ntrik_ sticky post, "War3 FATAL Error Fixing Method"

I have recently downloaded the registry file at the end of his post.

However, now the graphics are extremely low quality! Yes, I have set everything to high quality. What do I do? Help is greatly appreciated.
