Tyreal's Heart(Jewel)
Required Level:95
+1 to Light Radius
+10 to Vitality
20% Increased Attack Speed
20% Faster Run/Walk
Requirements -30%
All Resistances +(20-30)
+(200-300)% Enhanced Damage
+(2 Per Character Level) 50-350 Defense (Based On Character Level)
Adds Indestructible

NOTE: now I guess, we need to make sure, a set piece has sockets in it... so that this set jewel can be used...

Help me make/complete this awesome set!!
I wish dis set existed

That's a pretty damn powerful jewel. There would have to be a funky 'can only pick up one' thing, like with the Annihilus. And I really don't like artificial rules like that.

But if it were a little less powerful it could be good. Consider, to complete the set, you could socket it in a non-set item that you also wear with the set.

Or, there could be a quest or crafting recipie which sockets a set item.

I think if that jewel had +15 res all, +100% Enhanced damage and +100 Defense, it would be still quite useful, but much more reasonable. (i.e. less imbalancing)

Also since i figured Tyrael still be alive in d3, but missing... hence the set name Tyrael's Legend
Also assume that this is like a major jump in history... and that the old chars are now honored heroes for their valor... (the Zons, Barbs, Necro, Druids, etc...) they all are history now
And the new chars begin d3 (some new plot) but Tyrael is missing... so again explains the set name.. also this explains why I didn't use Heart... using Heart sounds like Tyrael died or somthing... like his heart :rollie not reasonable i think for a d3....
anyway as you can see I am really running low on ideas... infact I just revised an previous piece..
Let me know if this Jewel is better than the previous one...
Also let me know if my background story makes any sense..?

Wind Skills would be a new d3 skill tab for my new d3 char the Mage. Mages are the spellcasters of the game.

Nimbus Cloud is a like a minion for the Mage that he can use to travel around faster and avoid being hurt.

At least xXI)eAtH-aSaZiNXx posted a decent item...

mx_spyder: I still think the %ED on that jewel is way too high. Can be up to %250? That's 5x the bonus an Ohm rune has... Imbalancing.

And here is my idea for an item,

Diablo's soul stone

one handed sword
set item
133-266 damage
25% chance to cast that red lightning spell diablo then hit lvl 15
+4 to all skills
+70 to dextery and strength
+50% chance of deadly strike

+2 to all demon hunter skills
+40 to fire and cold resist
Speed very fast
the idea is that a part of diablo's soulstone was forged into a sword

Baal's soul stone
armor
+4 to all skills
25% chance to cast mana burn on strike, i am guessing that was the name of the skill baal used to burn our mana
+300 to mana
20% mana leach
defence 1040
same thing as diablo's soul stone but with a armor

Mephisto's soulstone
shield

75% chance to block
20%life leach
+300 to life
+400 to attack rating
+80mf
+4 to all skills

the whole set is called gear of prime evils

+800 to life
+130 to strength and dextery
+600 to life and mana
swords attack speed +60%
shield's chance of blocking 85%
armor's defence 1500
mana and life leach 60%
+3 to all skills (in addition to all previous skill pluses)

i work on parshial bonuses tomorow and that is then i make corrections in set bonus.
