Missing CD key for CoD 1.

I have got a legal CoD 1 game. I installed it, but my brother -who can't speak English- made a big mistake - he uninstalled it. I can't find that little book with CD key so I can't install it.

I need a CD key viewer/changer to install it.

Can anyone help me?
