Okay, so living in Hawaii has its advantages. One of those is the great local music.
I decided to pick up one of IZ's CD's. Its his first CD that he ever produced as a single artist. IZ died not too long ago. But his legend lives on with his CD Ka 'Ano'i

It only has 10 songs but the sound and the feel is great. My personal favorite is number 5) I'll Be There / Warren's Song. Its so laid back and peaceful. IZ's message is that we should all help each other. Its not like Bob Marley, love and peace and help a bro out lets smoke 'em peace pipe. No, its just a general you see some guy and say "Hello."
Its not tribal music or anything. That was my first impression though looking at his other CD's. Its catchy and worth the 8 bucks I spent on it.

Links.
A bunch of his works.
