In need of nova necro build for PvM/PvP

hey i was wondering if someone could give me a good guide for a nova necro i am gonna use trangs set cause its what i can afford right now so if you have one and u could tell me stats and stuff that be awesome cause i cant find a good yet. so thanks alot to whoever replies

Don't even use trangs set. Not even if you're poor. Trade your gear for the common necro gear (+skills).
