I need help

This is a big problem for me and i could use help.
Everytime i put my LoD CD in, it loads the window saying Play Diablo2:Lords of Destruction, and a bunch of other stuff.
I click Play, and it closes window and error pops saying "Please enter your D2 LOD CD to continue..."
And my CD is in there.
Might be a scratch?
If so does anyone know what i could do other than buy the game again because i have gf now and thats where most of my spare money goes to, taking her out.

I am having problems
I have read the readme and faq, still cant get it
i download+extract loader.
copy+paste diablo2.exe loader into my main diablo2 folder
replace the sdiablo2.exe that is already there.. yes.
double clcik new diablo2.exe and nothing loads..a bsolutly nothing

if you get an error of "disc not found" with diablo II its usually because the game has worn out your cdrom (notice the heavy load on your cdrom when playing d2) like stated above give a no cd a shot but when 1.10 comes out you might be sol until a new version is released for 1.10.

are you saying when 1.10 comes out it might "find" my disk?
if so SHIT because 1.10 will never come out

hehe no, they will most likely patch the no cd because of wrong version i presume, you will need a no cd crack for 1.10 like you need one for 1.09, 1.08 etc and how the one for 1.08 doesn't work for 1.09. So if/when 1.10 is released if you havent got a new cdrom, you will have to wait for a v1.10 no cd crack

wel.. why this loader i had the same problem and then i "burned" the cd and it goes ...after a while i could play with my normal cd...do not ask why...ka!!..!!

Ok, Ok it loads just fine, but when i go to Battle.Net and USWest and when it goes to connect to their server, it says something like version not found.
All i need are the files that help mne load D2. i can use the CD in the ghame, thats no problem.

All i did was extract files than copy+paste the no cd crack of LoD into my actuall diablo2 folder in c:/prgramfiles/diablo2

i can do everything but connect to battle.net

Ok, use the one I gave you the url for, all you do is copy 2 files from your diablo 2 lod cd into the install directory and run the LOD.EXE and it works like a charm
