how to counter huntress rush with human?

It depends, what hero does he have? What hero do you have? How many guys does he have?

If I know someone is going to huntress rush I get 1 tower, about 8 footmen, a MK, and that's about it. That and your militia should stop it. Target his hero if you can, that way he doesnt get any experience. Huntress rushes arent hard at all to stop.

If your enemy is Ne, attack early because NE is totaly crap in the begining of the game, and you can get like 5 footman before he has 1 huntress.

Ooooo, scary, Huntress rush, use some stupid Melee units, use Blizzard, hope you survive..... Kinda hard, but hopefully you can use some weak ranged+footmen to kill ém.

yea almost 75% of the time i win using a simple rush against the NE in 1v1 cause they are so damn weak in the beginning its just funny...

Should have lots of footmen early and turn defend on them all. If you have time get a tower. Make all peasents milita first things

defend is useless agiast the huntress,it only effects the archers.
I always suggest getting a mountian king and bash their ass.
I havent been seeing to many huntress rushes lately anyways.mostly archers nowadays.

Huntresses are the most overrated unit in the game, archers is where it's at. Stop hunts with blizz, thunder clap, and footmen. Quick tier 2 to get sorceresses can take em out easily as well.
